In 1997 & 1998 I had the opportunity to do 4 golf villas ,there are 4 units togther on the golf course... As the photos will show 4 units in different colors . One of them was a model unit......No product was left on the building . So I had to screw in alot of siding boards, caulking all vert. and horiz. spots with top quality caulk.And then top off with 2 coats by hand,  solid color stain and any raw sides , on any building recieved a complete prime coat . so when i say it should last up to 10 yrs........I have proof . Also next to my 4 buildings is 1 that was done after mine and by another company , it takes a little longer to do right .So the association tried another painting company , Oh they did it quicker...... no Caulking And a 1 COAT .And you see the difference from mine and there's . NO COMPARISION !!!!!
